At Haldèn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects the perfect fit and premium quality you expect from our brand.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Haldèn tags attached to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
